Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms felt brand new, spacious, and practically equipped, complemented by a good breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff. The location was ideal for exploring Prague but a bit far from the old town. The dining experience was fair but could be more diverse, and the hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated.
The hotel room with a big window and steel view was great, very spacious, and the bed super comfortable. However, the shower was on the small side for me, they had two single beds instead of a double as advertised. The service was excellent, the staff were all really helpful and smiley. The location is very good, close to the main square and popular shops. The dining had some issues with watered-down juices and non-fresh bread but was interesting and modern otherwise. The facilities were convenient with plenty of options. The price was fair considering the overall experience.
I had a great time at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, although the furniture seemed a bit basic. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from popular attractions. The service was kind and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities like a mini fridge and a kettle, but the street noise was quite disruptive. The service was outstanding with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful, but the use of a two-way radio was a bit disruptive. The location was great for exploring Prague on foot, although the street noise could be a drawback. The dining options were varied and of good quality, but there were no specific comments about the facilities.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was okay, although a bit far from the old town, it was very close to some great restaurants, pubs, and Christmas markets. The dining experience was satisfactory, but some improvements could be made to the breakfast options. Overall, it was a nice experience.
